Gallery Update #6

Added a new section– Just below the Gaia section with 4 new works.

Love for Every Shade

For those who don’t know, I am an African American woman, who works out of Detroit Michigan, and I have a fondness, and love for diversity. I love meeting, and getting to know people from different cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life–and in a lot of ways, it shows in my work.

This section will be different from most, in that it is a collection of some of my more ethnically diverse works. Many of these illustrations were commissioned by clients who are local to me, who I’ve met in person, and or have been supporting me since I was in high school, just starting out.

What I love about many of their books that I’ve had the honor of working on, is that most of the time, the moral of the story is to celebrate who you are– no matter your shade

Like with my Gaia arts– I’ll be adding about 2 images a day, till this section is populated, so, enjoy!

Gallery Update #5

More arts to share–Starting to get into some of my more classic works/ aka works that were posted previously but got removed when wordpress glitched– in terms of my Gaia works.

In the meantime, I’m still theme hunting, so you may see more adjustments to the overall look of my blog until I finally settle on something 🙂

Hi there, Bea here!

It’s been a while since I’ve updated. After my gallery was half-deleted by wordpress, affecting a large history of my posts- I was faced with the prospect of somewhat-starting over, while not really knowing where to begin– hence… I stopped posting. HOWEVER,  I am ready to start again.

Before, my process was to upload a new piece of artwork with every post, telling a bit about that piece, and the process involved, in that post.  Instead, since a lot of the history on my blog has been affected, I will be mass posting in my gallery all of the old artwork i’ve written about, in addition to the new, and THEN write posts about different peices, that I wish to give insight on.

For those of you, who have been directed here from GAIA, I’ll be posting most, if not, all the MC illustrations i’ve done, along with the Angel item  illustrations, in my gallery as well.

Thank you all for reading, and I look forward to sharing a lot with you all very soon!
